Service Description

This small group handgun training session in Merrill,WI takes your shooting beyond the static lane. This is a coached session, not an open practice. You will receive direct feedback to help you move and engage targets safely and efficiently. This session introduces movement and multiple target engagement in a structured, controlled way. You will learn how to stay balanced, aware, and in control as your environment becomes more dynamic. We focus on building efficiency between targets, maintaining a strong grip while moving, and managing speed without sacrificing accuracy. This is where your shooting starts to feel fluid, not static. What You Will Learn: - Shooting while moving (forward, backward, and lateral) - Transitioning between multiple targets - Target-to-target efficiency and visual discipline - Managing speed versus accuracy - Maintaining balance and control during movement What You Will Practice: - Controlled movement drills - Target transition drills - Dry fire and live fire repetitions - Building efficiency between positions and targets Why This Matters: These skills help you: - Stay in control in dynamic situations - Improve efficiency between targets - Build confidence while moving - Prepare for real-world and scenario-based shooting Who This Is For: - Students with a solid handgun foundation - Shooters ready to move beyond static shooting - Anyone wanting to build confidence in more dynamic situations What to Bring: - Handgun - At least 2 magazines - 150 to 200 rounds of ammunition - Eye and ear protection - Water - Weather-appropriate clothing (closed-toe shoes recommended) - Sunscreen and bug spray (if needed) - Notebook and pen for notes Targets will be provided. Range Fee: Range fee is paid directly to the range and is not included in the class price. Additional Notes: - Movement is introduced in a safe, structured progression - Safety and muzzle discipline are strictly enforced - Holster use is not required - Students who completed Draw and Presentation may draw from the holster at the instructor's discretion Instructor Note: This session is focused on quality and consistency. We will move at a pace that allows for coaching, feedback, and improvement. Series Note: This class is part of the Roble Defense Handgun Skills Series. Students who complete 4 of 6 classes in the Skills Series will earn an exclusive challenge patch.
